We are seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead to manage Application Management Services (AMS) for a major SAP integration landscape. In this role, you will lead an 8–10‑person delivery team focused on SAP PI/PO middleware operations, with additional exposure to ABAP and Java‑based components. The position emphasizes operational excellence, SLA management, customer interaction, and technical leadership rather than pure development or architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate an AMS delivery team (8–10 FTE) responsible for SAP PI/PO middleware operations
- Ensure stable and reliable operation of all integration interfaces and related SAP components
- Manage Incident, Problem, and Change processes in accordance with SLAs
- Serve as the primary technical and operational contact for the customer, including escalation and service reporting
- Prioritize workload, allocate tasks, and oversee daily operational activities
- Conduct root‑cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with IBM delivery units, architects, and offshore/nearshore teams
- Support technical assessments, interface troubleshooting, and integration lifecycle management
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and operational excellence
