We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Developer to join our international delivery team supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
The role focuses on designing, developing, and enhancing Salesforce-based CRM solutions within complex enterprise environments, with a strong focus on customer engagement, sales processes, and service operations.
The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce development expertise with hands-on experience in enterprise integrations, agile delivery models, and customer-centric CRM processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions
- Implement custom Salesforce functionalities using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, SOSL, and declarative tools
- Configure and enhance:
- Lead & Opportunity Management
- Case Management
- Customer Service Console
- Knowledge Management
- Omni-Channel Routing
- Workflow & Process Automation
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in technical design workshops and solution architecture discussions
- Ensure high-quality development standards through code reviews, testing, and CI/CD best practices
- Support deployment activities and production issue resolution
- Optimize platform performance, scalability, security, and maintainability
- Create and maintain technical documentation and development guidelines
- Stay up to date with Salesforce platform releases and industry best practices
