Domain Area operateM2C manages the operation and further development of the Group's new Meter2Cash system landscape in the network division.

Within the overall context of the Domain Area, the Domain Data & Analytics team creates all reports relevant to the Meter2Cash processes in order to provide various stakeholders (e.g. internal Group clients, external market partners, regulatory authorities, etc.) with information and insights.

The assignment takes place in the area of building new and expanding existing dashboards and data models in SAP Analytics Cloud and in Microsoft Power BI, based on SAP BW/4.

The BDO Customer Insights forms the functional/business framework.

Service Description:

• Translation of the provided business requirements in the context of the so-called Front Office (customer contact management, incoming mail processing, service provider management) into a technical solution design, taking into account the development standards provided by the client
• Technical definition, documentation, and presentation (for approval) of data models, dashboards, and apps in SAP Analytics Cloud or Microsoft Power BI in accordance with the defined business requirements
• Implementation of dashboards and analyses for the BizDevOps Customer Insights team, based on the relevant source systems (in particular Microsoft Dynamics), including creation of technical objects and coding in SAC or Power BI
• Implementation is carried out according to the prioritization set by the Product Owner
• In the event of errors or delays in the upstream process, an assessment and indication of the impact on the development roadmap of the Data & Analytics solution shall be provided
• Follow-up queries directed to the requester, including identification of logical/factual errors and execution of clean-up (data correction) measures
• Documentation of developments and handover to E.ON
• All necessary information, documents, templates, frameworks, and rule sets will be provided by the client
